By accessing or using HahaHub you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the services.

License & ownership

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the site. You grant HahaHub a non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute that content within our services, or train on any data that you upload to HahaHub services and products.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, hateful, or harassing content
• No infringing or defamatory material
• No attempts to reverse engineer, overload, or bypass security

AI outputs

Outputs are generated by AI, may be inaccurate or offensive, and are provided “as is.” You are solely responsible for how you perform or publish them.

Events & booking

When launched, tools that connect comics and venues help you discover talent and promote events; HahaHub is not a party to any contract between users.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users or the service.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, HahaHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
